House of Trixy ships within the United States only at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
All packages are shipped through USPS using tracked shipping services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping and delivery timeframes provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed by House of Trixy. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of House of Trixy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. House of Trixy is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Due to the fragile nature of glass products, all items are carefully packaged prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photographs of the damaged item(s)
- photographs of the packaging
Claims submitted without photos may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, House of Trixy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
